Owner Linda Inzano grew up in the Chicagoland area. She learned her appreciation for food from her loving Italian mother who was a great inspiration to her. While attending college, Linda took a part time job working for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. It was then that she realized that her true passion was for food, wine and the people who enjoyed them. This position enabled her to work with some of the industries greatest chefs and travel to several resort properties across the country including Hawaii. During this time she was working every aspect of the food and beverage industry.
In 1982 Linda decided to leave the hotel business and start her own catering company, La Cuisine Catering. Since that time Linda has been providing clients with innovative creations and extraordinary events.
Executive Chef Rickey Leos and his crew of professionals have been with La Cuisine for over 20 years. He brings with him unmatched experience and offers creative ideas and suggestions to make your event even more special. Our resources are endless. Some of his souse chefs have done stints at some of the areas best restaurants. These experiences result in wonderfully creative and expertly executed meals for you.

La Cuisine Catering has provided distinctive cuisine for businesses and social clients throughout the Chicago area. We started with events almost exclusively within the social community, but soon expanded to handle corporate meetings, company picnics, galas, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and cultural gatherings of all types.
La Cuisine’s team is well trained, dependable and professional. We have catered events in a variety of venues, including hotels, museums, historic locations and some of the city’s most beautiful society homes.
